Picture a mosaic. Its deep colors and rich images fascinate me. Its meaningful simplicity captivates me. But its timeless beauty is not drawn from these elements alone but more so from the individual broken pieces gracefully grafted together. Apart from one another, a single fragment has no purpose rendering it meaningless. However, together, they transform the mundane into the majestic.
